DERYA GUZEL

Principal Consultant Psychologist

Derya Guzel is a highly experienced and skilled Wellbeing Specialist with a passion for the prevention and early intervention of psychological risks in the workplace. Having dedicated her career to enhancing health and wellbeing in individuals, teams, and organisations, Derya has a strong understanding of some of the most common issues impacting professionals at all levels.

She has supported organisations in identifying specific needs and tailoring solutions through training, team assessments, facilitated discussions and professional supervision services. Her problem-solving skills enable her to design and deliver training programs that are informative, practical, and thoughtful. With a strong presence and engaging style, she is an empathetic and emotionally intelligent presenter.

Derya has been a guest speaker on ABC National's Life Matters Radio program discussing topics such as loneliness, the overwhelmed brain and response to the COVID pandemic. Passionate about empowering individuals, teams, and organisations in achieving positive change and a better life experience, she lives and works by the ethos that how we respond to life’s situations makes all the difference.
